Summer Maintenance Checklist

Happy Summer!

I hope you’ve been enjoying these quarterly maintenance checklists! If you’ve been following them for a while now, you will see that you may be able to skip some of the items. For example you won’t need to seal the deck every year, but giving it a good cleaning or power washing after the pollen is finished falling will prolong its life and keep it looking fresh. Some of these items are as simple as walking your property and observing others require a bit of time, but if you follow this schedule it will keep you from future headaches and wasted money.
